Observation of Retail Environment
As POP experts, we are interested in knowing how people
react to visual communication. Before designing point
of purchase or retail environments, we spend time with
our clients to understand how the design communicates
and supports the brand message. Our objective assessment
is based on an informal review that may include: tours
of the retail environment; observations of how consumers
find and choose brands; how product is shipped; merchandised;
and how consumers interact with the brand.
